There is an alarm beeping consistently for the past day and the manager Jeff was combative, defensive, and reactive on our call. I expect more professionalism and ability to remain regulated when speaking with residents. When I attempted to explain what I was experiencing, he interrupted me several times, raised his voice, and wouldn't allow me to finish speaking. The emotional immaturity and reactivity was staggering and I ended the call feeling disappointed in BJB properties.
Love my new apartment, especially the location.
Just moved in, and could not be happier with my decision. The updates are so nice and the apartment feels brand new.
The application was really easy, and the apartment looked great when I moved in. Can't wait to get to know the neighborhood better.
The location on Glenwood is so convenient to everything. I love Rogers Park!
