This building is currently ROACH INFESTED! I have lived here for 10 years and have never had an issue until recently. When BJB properties took over ownership they stopped the annual preventative pest treatments the former owners used to perform. Last year it was BEDBUGS that spread throughout the whole building because they were only treating one apartment at a time and not the common areas or carpeted stairwells. Now it is ROACHES. I had a plethora of issues from the first day I moved in. I have only been here 3 months 1. I was given an apartment that i was not supposed to have. That has not been resolved. I am currently still in the wrong apartment. I was told and shown an apartment with a dining room and I have no dining room. 2. There was a gas leak. 3. I had holes in my floors 4.
