They do very good management team, work place order fix quickly . I have been living their property for 5 years . Everything is excellent.

Very communicative staff
I moved into one of BJB Properties in Lincoln Park, December of 2021. I must say that experience was all positive. The management team and building maintenance was on top of all service requests, concerns/ and or questions. I would recommend their properties to a friend or family member!
Lousy, small and old apartments with no AC and awful management. Property is on a nice street though. I've been locked out of my apartment twice in the past week due to maintenance failing to check the batteries on the locks and had to take a crowbar to my door. I've received zero communication from my property manager, Steven Hopkins, during this time. The reviews around BJB are mostly negative so feel free to add this to that list.
