Came here to try out this place because the menu looked tasty. Was really disappointed when our menu items came out and it was very obvious that the restaurant cuts costs with their ingredients and still charges top dollar to their patrons. Our bread was still frozen in the middle, stroganoff was obviously made with burger patties and my cut of steak was 100% NOT a hanger cut. Our service was fine but when compared to the quality of the food this place just doesn’t stand up to neighboring competition in this plaza.
So disappointed. Our server/bartender, Ryan L. ( only know name from receipt since he never told us) was horrible. He never greeted us,dang near threw our drinks on the table, never checked on us throughout... we had to say " hey, can we" before he gave us a minute of his time. Never asked if we needed or wanted anything else... just kept walking by us. His whole attitude was like we were distributing him. His customer service sucks. Stopped by on our way thru town for lunch. We had the best wings and very friendly staff.
We love The Ridge. The food never disappoints, the staff are all so friendly, and the patio and atmosphere are great. Highly recommend the salads and the wood fired pizzas!
