Just want to say thank you to BJ Maurer Ford for listening to my concerns about my 2025 Explorer ST. Not only did they do the requested checks on it, they did not try to give me every excuse under the sun to not perform those checks. They also rotated my tires that the previous dealership didn't feel the need to do when I had it in for them to do "the works" service package. The service department have done a great job servicing my vehicles, and are very communicative and fair about what needs to be done with them. The sales people are great to talk to and will do their best to find what youre looking for. They also host events are very involved with the community. The staff are some of the nicest people I have met in the auto sales and service industry, and I have been to alot of them, across the nation, and in the local area. Lack of communication wanted a ford they couldn't get me into what i wanted. Pathetic lack of communication.
Best buying experience ever. And I bought a lot of vehicles in the last 50+ years. I delt with the salesmen, Ben Wilson. The process went smoothly and I received a phenomenal deal for my trade in. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied, both Ben and the sales manager Eric Ritchey. I highly recommend B.J. Maurer Ford for your next vehicle. The service manager Pat does everything possible to appease you.
DO NOT GET ANYYY SERVICES DONE HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO CARS!!!! I had an inspection done here and the mechanic found and reported to me that i had a rusted exhaust and bald tires, all true , they were fixed perfectly fine, problem is less than a day later my engine light popped on, clearly confused i went back and asked them about it, the same mechanic ran a computer on my engine, said he found no issues and would remove the light, however i left that day with my engine light still on , ... read more
