I can’t say enough great things about B&J Hotels and Apartments. My boyfriend and I were passing through and we decided to give this place a try. And I am beyond happy that we did! Everything about this place is 5 stars. The customer service is top notch. When I tell you I have never experienced customer service as good as this at any hotel. They are not worth the stay or price. Rooms walls were covered in hand prints and dirt. Power outages multiple times during our stay. Staff refused to refund my money after leaving before the reservation date. Don’t recommend
It's horrible, you can't rest, the same thing twice, too much noise.
We were in Pecos and needed a long term rental on a room. We were happy to find such an accommodating place. The service was very good and the rooms were clean. We were traveling with pets and the room was big enough for us all. Full size refrigerator is also a plus. Laundromat on site is very convenient with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are ever in the area.
