Told to drop truck off for transmission diagnostic on Monday. Told them this is a work truck and needed back fast. They said no problem will get it right in. As of Wednesday 3:30 truck still has not been looked at and after phone conversation yesterday with them was told it was on schedule to be looked at today. Needless to say they will never get any work from me. Very poor customer relationship and not professional on phone.
I like the way they do the work on may Windstar and do find time to get done.
Poor mechanical craftsmanship below standard work bottom of barrel.
