Harry, from Bizzy Bee plumbing in Cary was great. Came the same day, safe, knowledgeable and fast. He took care of the leaking shower quickly and explained it clearly. When (not if) I have another plumbing issue I won’t hesitate to call Bizzy Bee.
I had a clogged clean out drain in my back yard. Bizzy Bee came out very quickly, Jennifer the dispatcher was very sympathetic and got me same day service. Brian, the plumber, was there VERY quickly, explained what needed to be done and why and gave me a quote on the spot. Repiped our home for over 6k They started with out a plan where to cut my walls for the pipes and cut a hole in my ceiling 14 feet x 3 feet then figured out they couldn't recipe in that area. Now I have to pay to have it repaired The also didn't cover my furniture or electronics before cutting dry wall I'm still cleaning there mess Did not wear masks Although they came in at the lowest price I would have spent more if they planned their work and covered our furniture Live and learn
RecommendedThey were efficient and did a great job installing a new toilet. Demetrius was very friendly and knowledgeable. He left us with two cute jars of Bizzy Bee Honey. I will definitely use them next time I need a plumber!

$153 wasted....I had them come out and check for leaks. He was at my home a total of 15 minutes, read the meter on the street and told me there where no leaks because the meter was not turning...didn't check anything else. Because this issue I called about was still an issue I contacted another plumber (Mr. Rooter) who took several steps in addition to checking the meter to inform of the issue which was the main pressure value wasn't working causing the water values to leak and the toilet to release more water at a higher pr... read more
We had a sewer line back up in January and another company came. They fixed the problem, but not permamently, and when we had the problem again recently we called them again. They quoted us $5,000 or nearly $10,000 and were not specific about what would be done. I called Bizzy Bee and not only were the fees much more reasonable, Joey used state of the art cameras, showed me the videos, and for about $2,000 the problem was resolved completely, and professionally.
