Michael ( the plummer ) came out to help us with a leak in our kitchen sink area the first time we met and used Bizzy Bee, and then recently we had a urgent situation with a water leak underground situation. The Plumber (Thomas) came and discussed the the issue with me. He was able to fix the issue with my Master Shower and discussed any other issues as well as check the water pressure and made sure that there was nothing leaking through the ceiling when the issues he found were fix. He was very informative with explaining what he found to be the issue prior to beginning to fix the shower valve. We had a tough backed up clog in our toilet main line at Renner Dance Studio. Ryan, from Bizzy Bee, came out in the evening on an emergency call to help us. He was awesome! He stayed for 3 hours trying to fix our problem but it didn't clear our line. He decided to come back early the next morning before his regularly scheduled appointments with heavier equipment to get the clog taken care of.
