I have used the services of Bizzy Air multiple times since buying my condo 7 years, and each time they have been professional and highly efficient. Most recently I had to have my heating repaired which involved the ordering of a part. The technicians clearly explained to me what was happening, while the office personnel updated me regularly concerning when the part was coming. I was very pleased and highly recommend Bizzy Air for both their work and customer service. Great job!

Called Bizzy Air after a very disappointing experience with another company, I wanted to get on a service plan for my A/C. GREAT JOB!!!! Guys, very courteous office staff, I received a confirmation prior to the appointment as well as a call when the technician was on the way. Levi was respectful of my home, and very thorough, he then explained everything to me. Great customer service!!!!
We just moved in to our home on North Padre Island 2 months ago. With the heat increasing we discovered our AC unit was not cooling our home as we felt it should. We called our home warranty and are so thankful the have Bizzy Air contracted for service. Scott came and in 45 mins fixed our AC. At the time it was 79F in our home and 5 hours later we had to turn up the thermostat as it was getting TOO cold. Thanks Scott and Bizzy air for making our new even better!!
Bizzy air is the best! Scott has taken great care of us twice! Once in a condo we had then in a house we bought with a circulation problem, he fixed it fast and very reasonable. We totally trust him and his staff! The house is now amazingly comfortable! I highly recommend them!
We've used Bizzy Air numerous times when we lived in rental home. Scott was honest, even when he could've easily charged more since the homeowner wasn't even in town. He is trustworthy and knows how to get the job done right at a very reasonable rate. Now that we own our house, we will be calling Scott for all of our heating/cooling needs!
