Went to them for a recovery drive for a laptop I purchased. Between them and the laptop's vendor (the vendor is usually known for good quality products), I am left with a dead laptop and a useless recovery drive. I repeatedly reached out to them for assistance and they stopped answering when I questioned if the drive was corrupted or not created correctly. Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to work with, not even deserving of 1 star. Communication with customers and even with their own front office is slow to non-existent. Their internal systems are buggy and disorganized. Ordered an ASUS recovery media from them, and it takes over a week for them to ship my order. This was after I called their offices to request an update and change to overnight shipping, which I was then told wasn't possible despite overnight being an option on their site.
