Went to them for a recovery drive for a laptop I purchased. Between them and the laptop's vendor (the vendor is usually known for good quality products), I am left with a dead laptop and a useless recovery drive. I repeatedly reached out to them for assistance and they stopped answering when I questioned if the drive was corrupted or not created correctly.
