My company's experience with BizCentral USA has been long, as we anticipated, but extremely productive. Jennifer Nelson was assigned to our case and was both professional and knowledgeable about our application. She was always available to have a phone conference and always answered emails. We would highly recommend using BizCentral for future projects.
We utilized this company's services for DBE, MBE, and SBA 8a certificates and they assigned Jennifer to us. It was extremely difficult to get Jennifer to respond, we had to send multiple follow up emails and there were times when she would not reply until 3-5 weeks later. It was truly frustrating and time-consuming. About 8 months later, Jennifer finally compiled the application documents but they were returned due to information being found to be significantly incomplete and inadequate for further processing. Jennifer was very unresponsive and unprofessional the whole duration we worked together. Our application was returned due to incomplete information and Jennifer told us she would look into it with her colleague but it has been about 9 weeks and still no update despite multiple follow up emails. So, we decided to call her manager and she said Jennifer marked the project as completed. Seriously?! This is unbelievable.
