Thank you for the loan assistance. Business was behind on travel budget and being able to get in front of key clients and the loan helped me get that going. Your lending portal was absolutely TERRIBLE.. it was vague and repetitive.. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible.. no one to call.. only via email.. when I did get a reply back the woman didnt know what a bank statement was! When the MANAGER called me back cuz I threatened to withdraw my file.. the manager says to me YOU KNOW HOW WOMEN ARE!!??. Okayyyyyy. When I emailed and emailed them to open my 2nd PPP request. I applied for a PPP loan with the help of a good friend of mine who happens to be in the *** loan business. It was fairly easy. I got my PPP loan in no time. I applied for the Forgiveness Plan afterwards and was granted that as well. So thankful for the financial help to stay in business.
