Came through with my PPP loan! Extremely easy and efficient.
After being frustrated with the agent handling my account because they were having technical difficulties I was able to verify my identity. During the conversation I said if I had to submit my statements over the internet they could cancel the application. They fixed the issue and I was verified and signed my final documents and then was told my application was cancelled. Biz2Credit made it very easy to apply for a PPP loan. The loan process was very straight forward and someone was always available for any questions I had. Very fast and professional service. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have had zero positive interactions with this group relative to phase 2 ppp.This is a very poorly run company. The contact level folks are just plain overloaded. They took $20,000 out of my pocket with their incompetence.As far as I am concerned the top 5 folks in the organization should resign and get folks in that know how to run a business, not just scam customers. Thank you for the loan assistance. Business was behind on travel budget and being able to get in front of key clients and the loan helped me get that going. It was perfect timing as it was after vaccines started to roll out and before the delta variant started. Hoping we don't have to go backwards here.
