I applied for a PPP loan I was approved never received funds. However my name is listed online as approved and received funds. When asked them to please review I was told that I had to resubmit. My information after received response from Biz 2 I was told I was denied. However I was asked to have my ppp loan forgiveness application to be completed. Process was very easy and the dashboard kept me very informed. Overall great experience except in the very beginning I did send out two or three emails to my loan specialist asking questions and did not receive a response however my application was still processed and approved.
