I sent 3 questions to the Biz2Credit help portal for PPP loan forgiveness and my only response has been 4 messages telling me my ticket is complete, without a single question answered. Ive replied to one of the messages asking that they reopen my ticket and address the questions asked. Frustrated!

The process was very simple and straight forward. They did a fast and great job.
This firm offered continues solid advice on the ever-changing PPP Forgiveness process. Our Forgiveness Application ended up being simplified because of the lessor amount. But because of Biz2Credit and the informational webinars they hosted I am well equipped for any future review.All free to me. No charge or pushy sales.
I applied for a PPP loan I was approved never received funds. However my name is listed online as approved and received funds. When asked them to please review I was told that I had to resubmit. My information after received response from Biz 2 I was told I was denied. However I was asked to have my ppp loan forgiveness application to be completed. I am not sure how/ why I should be asked to complete a forgiveness loan if I never get received funds. This has been going on for 6 months now. I will report a formal complaint. I... read more
