When you are Dr. Ekpete's patient, you enjoy going for a checkup! She is so smart, caring, and invested in her patients' care/well being. Lately doctors see u for 5 mins then rush you out the door. I was referred to a cardiologist by my Dr and found Dr Ekpete. They were able to see me the same week (I mean when does that happen with a speciality provider!?). I saw Dr Ekpete today and both she and her nurse Meredith were so kind and welcoming. There was no wait time. 4 minutes into my appointment I had already had an EKG done. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Ekpete. Dr. Ekpete is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of our health, but also Dr. Ekpete is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr. Ekpete is terrific, knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Very unprofessional. She is condescending and makes each interaction with her feel like it’s a task. If you are looking for a doctor who will make you feel welcome and treat you with respect, do not go here.
