Staff member made each visit difficult like she enjoyed it. People need help not attitude.
They do NOT do Pikepass. Go to the other Bixby or Indian Springs location. NO PIKEPASS AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION You will waste time coming here for Pikepass needs.
Absolutely amazing service. I had to change the address on my driver's license and pay taxes for new car but I'm a veteran so there's like 10 pieces of paper. I was really impressed with the multitasking and keeping track of what's what. They are busy but move you through pretty fast. Great service. Super nice and informative. I called before hand and Alejandro told me everything I needed to bring.
