We arrived to this tag agency very appreciative that they were open on a Saturday. The wait was pretty extensive almost 2 hours and I did not get what was needed. After waiting for almost 2 hours I was told that I needed a lease with signatures in order to change my address. I called my leasing office after I was told to moved to the side to call my leasing office, that he needed to grab someone else and assist them.
