Why you SHOULD use Bixby Plaza Carpets – Very professional service, from start to finish. I just had my carpet/flooring installed last week, and I can't believe what a difference new capet makes! You can't beat the top notch service and low prices from these guys. I heard they've been in the business for I think 40 years, so I think they know what they're doing! The installers came in, and did their work quietly and professionally in two days (large install). The carpet was installed very well and we got a great price!
Why You Should Not Use Bixby Plaza Carpet! – Bixby Plaza Carpet is located in Los Alamitos Calif. We had new carpeting installed last September because we had a urine smell, due to our pets. Bixby sold us one of the best carpets, resistant to stains. We still had a bad odor in May, and I had it professionally cleaned by using a company they recommended. The odor got worse. Good Price, Great service – We went to Home Depot couldn't get any one that knew carpet or wood flooring to help us. Went ot Bixby Plaza LLoyd helped us , he knew his product. We purchased a house ful of carpet and hardwood. price was over $500 less than H D. Installers annd followup were great!
