This place is horrifying. Be very careful how you spend your money this doctor is very manipulative and she will con you into believing whatever she will con you in.... I'm wondering if has anybody end up dead or really severely hurt by her? If so please if you see this share stories thank you. Please share your experience here. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! (Bixby Knolls Location) This place is absolutely awful...absolutely, positively awful. I been going for nearly a year for laser hair removal and I am STILL GROWING HAIR. Not only is there laser a scam in my opinion but to top it off their customer service is HORRIBLE. You walk in for your treatment and the front just looks at you. No hello, no welcome, no nothing! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what best fit my needs.
I don't recommend this place, first they give one quote then it's another. Once you have your surgery and you have paid them for the services rendered they start giving you bad customer service when you call them back and inform them that you are not satisfied with the surgery, starting with the provider and clinical staff give bad customer service and they are very rude. I was not satisfied with the outcome please do not go have nothing done here.
