Been living here for over a year and this place is 10/10. Most of the bad reviews are from before the new manager Henry took over, he is amazing. These apartments are beautiful and the surrounding area is great, me and my wife go on daily walks. We looked at a lot of apts in long beach and nothing comes close to the high quality at this price.
No hay buenos apartamentos, no vayas aquí. la administración es terrible, no se realizan reparaciones, no se mantienen los terrenos y la oficina principal no contesta el teléfono. los dueños deberían estar avergonzados
If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place is a joke! Filthy grounds, so much so you can tell the owners do not care. I was visiting a friend there about a week ago and the manager, I believe his name is Henry is a cruel sob that does not care for his tenants and has no idea what he is doing. Sevreal tenants have had maintenance requests out for months with no words pr actions on getting them resolved. This place is a disgrace and if the owners read this please consider selling because you have no idea what you are doing

Five stars is for our new onsite manager Henry. Jared is an x onsite manager who was terminated one month ago for not doing his job also goes by Franklin D his middle name. Disgruntle x employee now goes by Leo's Landscaping, Mark Howard and Zein to write bad reviews. Jared you need to move on and quit using false names. Mark Howard reviews show your bad reviews to Leo's Landscaping and now your using his company name. Shame on you!
