I am thoroughly impressed with Jacky's exceptional efficiency. Her ability to streamline the process, providing a reliable and trustworthy experience, was truly remarkable. After encountering previous difficulties in securing suitable accommodations, Jacky's performance was outstanding, delivering precisely as promised. I wholeheartedly give her a five-star rating.
My AC went out , they changed a few parts trying to make it efficient again, unfortunately the unit its gone. The office sent Josh to check it again.... after meticulous inspection of the unit, temperatures inside the apartment, etc. Josh determined I needed a new complete unit, ill get a unit install as soon as possible....in the meantime he installed window units to keep my apartment decently fresh. Good job.

I just wanna say thank you to Josh. He’s awesome. He’s Ginuwine. He’s very respectful and caring. This young man went out of his way to help my mom out last week. Mind you, she’s elderly this young man saw My mom throwing out the trash. He asked her may I take your trash and dump it for you she said no and he said please let me take for you. I don’t want you to be walking in this heat. Thank you once again, Josh
