Jay has been absolutely PHENOMENAL! Sat and patiently explained everything to me, answered all my questions, made me feel secure in renting. Amenities are nice and management is responsive :)
I love the Blair at Bitters. Our staff is so professional. Easy to communicate with and very friendly. There is someone always in the office to assist you. Our maintenance staff is great. Avey and Ronnie get to our work orders quickly and they stay on til your work order is completed. These is my home. I’m very happy here. I’m sure if you come to live here you will call it home
As a resident I’m glad this place is finally taking a turn for the better. One they completely changed property management which by the way they have been freaking amazing so far. Jay and Hilda have been on it since they arrived. They are both super understanding about life issues and they are always willing to work with you as long as you just communicate with them. My grand daughter is in her 1st apt and had less than average experiences with the previous management. Hilda with the new management was so helpful and informative. My grand daughter was very intimidated with the last office crew so she never went in to fix some problems. I went into office expecting terrible service.
