Love this bakery! The take and bake pizzas are delicious! And the almond cake we had made for our daughters birthday was fantastic. Our daughter has Celiac Disease so we are so thankful to have found out about Bittersweet Bakery.
This is by far the BEST bakery for gluten free/dairy free products. I cannot get enough of the lemon zinger cookies, lemon poppyseed muffins, coffee cake, or rosemary breadsticks. Really, ALL of the products are delicious. I drive from 45 minutes away just to stock up :)
I happened to be driving through Eagan on Saturday and to my surprise I passed this little shop and had to turn around to go see what they sold. I bought cupcakes and cookies and they were amazing! I love that you are solely a gluten free bakery so no worries about cross contamination!
I can't rave enough about this amazing bakery!! They had so many options of treats to choose from, and it was all incredible. Everything was moist and full of flavor, unlike a lot of gluten free bakery items I've had before. I wish I lived closer so I could go here all the time! The frosted sugar cookies were my absolute favorite thing I got try. I really hope I get to come back someday! Thank you so much for making such amazing baked goods that were safe for me to eat!!
