Lovely shop but terrible customer service. Owner passes me on to her staff. Nope responsive to resolve a $1,600 refund. Zero flexibility on return policy even when you live 15 hours away. Unfortunate this shop is rated so highly, because if you have any issues making a purchase or a return for exception do not expect to work with the owner. This entire ongoing disregard for my situation speaks negatively of how a local Santa Fe business owner treats clientele.
