Bittersweet Bistro is my absolute go to restaurant in Aptos. One of the things I love most is that every meal is consistently excellent, which is hard to find these days. Tonight I had the pesto fettuccine with chicken, and it was incredible. We also ordered the summer burrata salad, and every bite was packed with flavor. Delicious food and quick service. Definitely recommend ! We ate in the bar. It was casual and friendly.
Delicious dinner, attentive service, and quiet atmosphere. Our halibut en papillote and sauteed scallops were perfectly prepared and our salads very fresh and crispy. We shared the enormous brownie sundae for dessert, which was yummy and very creative!
Favorite restaurant in Aptos/ SC area. The menu is fabulous. We especially love the calamari and asian ahi tuna salad.
