We've been going to Bittersweet for decades. The food is deliciously fresh, and the servers are attentive and friendly.
Bittersweet Bistro is my absolute go to restaurant in Aptos. One of the things I love most is that every meal is consistently excellent, which is hard to find these days. Tonight I had the pesto fettuccine with chicken, and it was incredible. We also ordered the summer burrata salad, and every bite was packed with flavor.
