If you are in pain DO NOT COME HERE! Go to missoula where they will actually treat you!!! I recommend community hospital. Came in on a Saturday with the most intense tooth pain one can imagine. It appears to be an infection. I drove something like 50 miles round trip because I'm in so much pain that I can't hardly function. All I can do is rock back and forth and cry. Ibuprofen and Tylenol has done NOTHING to ease my constant torture. Doc said he will do nothing for the pain and to see a dentist and prescribed a antibiotic. ... read more
“Physicians” convenience care. Do NOT take your toddler here. Absolutely useless. How in the heck do you misdiagnose covid. Use the 4 hour wait time to drive to missoula. Edited: I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and called your director of quality first. I left a message and gave you a week to call back before posting this review.
Took my baby in because she was having a hard time breathing. The whole trip took 3 hrs. They said her lungs were clear, didn’t run any tests or swab to see if she had RSV/influenza, and gave her a steroid. I told them I didn’t think the steroid helped, and they said they think it did and sent us home. Ended up rushing my baby to Community hospital less than 12 hrs later because she couldn’t breathe and ended up in the ICU for 3 days - she had parainfluenza and pneumonia. Despite the ratings and negative comments I would like to thank the entire team for what I felt was a kind and personal visit. I’m thankful for dr Amy Huddleston and her nurse assistant. I felt they gave their very best efforts to help me. I thank them very much. Kurt Overholt
