Had this company come by for a consultation for an external combustion source for a water heater, plus vent cap/chimney liner. They came out and were nice during the consultation (though an hour late), but it's been a month and I have not heard anything back from them about a quote. I have called them three times and left voicemails each time....nada. Extremely unprofessional. I guess it's a company's right to pick and choose who they do business with, but it'd be nice if they'd, you know, tell me SOMETHING.
