The worst by far property management company in the valley. They are rude, raise rent without notifying tenants and are rude. They harassed my mother for years for no reasons other than they wanted to charge more for her apartment. I will be contacting the housing authority and a lawyer. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!
I had my elderly mothers apartment professionally cleaned, rugs walls ceilings etc. Replaced stove inserts...the place was better than the day she moved in. BPM kept her $1000 deposit and charged her $250 on top. She endured harassment there and BPM threatened to evict her for smoking. Thing is Mom doesn't smoke. So I moved her into a better location. I'll never rent from BPM and I tell everyone I know how they treated an old lady. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever. No thanks.
I've been renting from BPM for a while now. Recently we had a major unexpected water leak from the bathroom area and leaking into the basement. BPM had a repair guy out the next day, found the issue, and had it fixed right away! Nothing but good things to say about this company!
I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Rachel on their new website project, and they were an absolute joy to collaborate with from start to finish—and continue to be even after the launch. If you're considering renting from or partnering with BPM, I highly recommend it!
We've rented with a few different property management firms over the last decade or so and Bitterroot is among the best. They were kind, accommodating, responsive, and quite easy to deal with from the moment we submitted an application through our vacating the property. We only had a few minor maintenance issues over the course of our tenancy, but their team was always quick to respond.
