We've rented with a few different property management firms over the last decade or so and Bitterroot is among the best. They were kind, accommodating, responsive, and quite easy to deal with from the moment we submitted an application through our vacating the property. We only had a few minor maintenance issues over the course of our tenancy, but their team was always quick to respond. I had a great experience renting from Bitterroot Property Management, and found the office staff (specifically Daniel!) to be incredibly helpful. They consistently responded to emails, and were reliably available by phone to answer any questions I had. AND when I lost my key (oops!) they had someone come over to my unit with a replacement key and lock in under an hour! Would rent from them again, in all seriousness.
Don’t recommend dealing with this business! Spoke with someone named Jess who was very rude and obnoxious.
Oh Bitterroot where should I start? Let's start with the fact that the unit I had to clean, that was vacant for years, was absolutely disgusting and I was not paid fairly. The carpets should have been replaced. You guys lied to me and said the carpets would be cleaned. What a surprise no one showed up and I had to do them.
