I had a great experience renting from Bitterroot Property Management, and found the office staff (specifically Daniel!) to be incredibly helpful. They consistently responded to emails, and were reliably available by phone to answer any questions I had. AND when I lost my key (oops!) they had someone come over to my unit with a replacement key and lock in under an hour! Would rent from them again, in all seriousness.
Don’t recommend dealing with this business! Spoke with someone named Jess who was very rude and obnoxious.
Oh Bitterroot where should I start? Let's start with the fact that the unit I had to clean, that was vacant for years, was absolutely disgusting and I was not paid fairly. The carpets should have been replaced. You guys lied to me and said the carpets would be cleaned. What a surprise no one showed up and I had to do them. Jess was very rude on the phone. Wouldn’t let me schedule a tour and interrupting me when trying to explain my renting situation.
I wish I could give less stars. They were awful to work with. Took advantage in every way possible. They did many illegal things during our rental period
