Regarding Now Care: courteous, friendly, caring, and professional. Everything I expect from a Care Team. They saw me right away and I left with the problem addressed. This is the second time I have been in for an asthma issue when my own primary wouldn’t see/help me. I will be a new patient at Bitterroot Health because of their exemplary service. They have earned my trust and respect. They are neighbors and I think they understand the challenges and lifestyle of Rural Living. Thank you Kelli, Julie and staff.
Had an eye issue that turned out to not be threatening. Stopped by for them to look at and they quickly determined I should see an Ophthalmologist and provided me the names of ones I should call.
Everyone I was in contact with were very polite and concerned with my problem. I am 100% disabled and all the charges were bill to the VA. Thank you for your help. !!
