Wonderful professional and personable. I have always had very excellent treatment by everyone on staff.
I had a mishap on Saturday afternoon that resulted in me going to the Urgent Care in Hamilton. They let me know they were busy and a little backed up in XRay but they would get me in asap. They were great at keeping me advised of status as well as very apologetic of delays. I appreciated the honesty. I received excellent care!
