Was seen quickly and efficiently.
I was in there today for a work-related injury. The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. The wait-time was not great. It effectively took over 2.5 hours to remove the nail I had in my hand. I didn’t know that Urgent Care shares Xray rooms with the Emergency Room. I had to wait until the ER took their Xray images before I got mine done. Overall a pleasant experience, but I should have been probably immediately referred to the ER if it would have been faster.
I got is fast to see a PA.
Everyone from the reception to the PA, nurse Dan and the exray department are awesome. Very compassionate.
