Brought my mom with pink eye. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. I would say she was the best part of the visit. Doctors and nurses did a fine job and my mom is now free of pink eye.
Urgent care was not urgent- 30+ minutes after check in, now 5 minutes to closing, myself the fourth person in waiting room, receptionist notified everyone in the room that it would be an additional 2+ hour wait to be seen. I chose to leave.
Everyone was very professional and caring. Excellent care.
