I went to urgent care and then was transferred to the ER and the ER doctor put the completely wrong info for why I was there on my discharge paperwork and they won't fix it?!!!! Edit they put the wrong reason for being there and wrong medications. Dr. L please do better by me!!
What a nice, friendly clinic! Very impressed with the staff, the LPN Dan and the PA Jeff. Not a place you want to use on a vacation but sure is nice that when needed, we had somewhere to receive such exceptional care!
We had a wait at urgent care- to be expected. The folks who checked us in were upfront about that and set expectations. The nurse who brought us back was amazing. We have seen her multiple times and that is just how she is. Amazing. We met with Dr. Jeff. He was throughout and kind. The xray staff was also great. Not how we expected to spend out Saturday, but it was a really good experience.
