Alicia was excellent! Reception crew outstanding!
I had my first appointment with the new orthopedic doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Counts, and overall, it was a great experience. I didn't have to wait long for my scheduled time, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Counts reviewed all the MRI images with me and examined my knee thoroughly. He explained everything in detail and was attentive to my concerns. I'm really pleased with the care I received from him.
Everyone was extremely helpful and respectful of my situation.
