This was a good experience from the start. Front desk was polite and I got in without a long wait. The tech was super friendly and efficient.
Dr.Joel Walthall was a very kind and detailed physician I was very happy that he explained everything about my knee surgery and what to expect after. I had been to a orthopedic surgeon a few month before and I'm very pleased that I sought out another surgeon.
Jenny was amazing. She made me comfortable, explained what was going to happen.
Great service from everyone I interacted with in imaging and treatment. Alicia was friendly, patient and skilled! My knee feels much better today ( 1 day post treatment). Thanks Bitterroot Team!
