Boom! I made the faux paus of thinking I had the "onions" to take on the Cowboy Killer. Bad move but great food, AGAIN! Love this place
We had the best service with Dana in the bar area. The food was served less than 10min after ordering, which calmed my hangry significant other. The Cream Old Fashion was phenomenal!

Bitterroot catered my wedding back in February and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the food and service! All of our friends and family raved about the food as being the best they'd had at a wedding. We looked at a lot of BBQ places around Seattle, and this was the best quality. The price is not the cheapest, but compared to most caterers it's very reasonable, and totally worth it for the quality. They were also really easy to work with and offered a lot of flexibility to meet our needs. Thanks Bitterroot!
Another great restaurant in Ballard but the Bitteroot has something unique, The Cream Old Fashioned.
I worked with this company as a wedding coordinator. Their communication, service and food are excellent! I would recommend them to my next couple looking for BBQ catering at their wedding.
