Brisket was cold, under room temperature when brought to the table. 15 long minutes later I received another plate. It was so fatty and greasy that it was clear it was pulled from the smoker hours too early. Terrible. Furthermore they simply deleted my Facebook comment without any dialogue. Go somewhere else, any other BBQ place will have the common sense to know when a brisket is done.
