Absolutley the worst service I have ever experienced.. the guys that work here are complete thieves. The guy gouged me for running a compression test on my engine without my approval. 100$ tow bill just to be told that bitterlings doesn't work on engines. Now I have to pay another 100$ to get it towed out, I absolutley would never recommended this place to anybody. I will continue to write negative reviews until something is done! If I could do 0 star review I would!

Customer wanted us to work on his Mini,we told him that we were not Mini experts. We found that his timing belt was broken,and did a leak down test to see if he had any bent valves. He did have bent valves and that would require expensive engine disassembly,which we were not willing to do on a Mini. We charged him a half hour labor for over an hour work and got a bad review??
I could write a lot about how great these guys are and how well they take care of my SUV, but today I'll simply say that you won't find a more trustworthy mechanic. No need to look any further.

I recently had Bitterlings do a fair amount of work on my S10 pickup. I've only needed minor repairs in the past, but because they were so honest and ethical in performing the small jobs, I decided to have them perform the big job when it was needed. This resulted in me having to have my vehicle towed to Tacoma from Centralia, as I had moved.
