Alexis is fantastic! She did a memorial tattoo for my dog and I’m absolutely in love! Great atmosphere and staff. I will definitely be back soon!
Scheduling was a little complicated but I saw Alexis’ work and I knew I had to get my tattoo done here. I am a college student so I wanted to find a local shop, and I absolutely love my tattoo. Super great shop, friendly, and has great artists!

Alexis did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My tattoo turned out beautiful and it was a great price. I also love how the place is decorated. Definitely one of my best experiences getting tattooed.
Ian is one of very few people that I have felt instantly comfortable with. He is a stellar artist and an awesome human. I can’t wait to do it again!
Ian did an Amazing job on customizing a piece for me in memory of my Dad. I love all the detail that he did. looks so real. I've gotten so many compliments and just got it yesterday. He listens to your ideas and has a great personality. The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming. I'm very picky on who does my tats and looked at alot of artists work at different shops and Ian was the one who I wanted to do this special piece for me. I definitely recommend Bitter Hearts if I could give more then 5 ☆'s I would.
Would never go back f’d up my piercing and the tattoo had to get redone at another shop
