Lady on the phone was very rude and in the building, not helpful at all. It's funny they can disconnect your internet service during closed hours but not reconnect you during closed hours. I also paid for a full month bill and they wouldn't recompensate me for 3 days with no internet. I wouldn't even give this place a star at all. I'm very disappointed the previous ppl before when we started our service were amazing though.

BTWI is the best Internet provider we have worked with. If your home or place of business is within line-of-sight of their antennas, you will enjoy over 99 percent up time at a very competitive price.

This is by far the worst internet service I have ever had. I’ve had better internet quality on airplanes. Half the time I have to stream internet off my phone’s WiFi hotspot.

Where I live we only had 2 options for internet services. After reading reviews I decided to go with BTWI. It was been wonderful! Out of the 2 years I have had their service I think It has only been down 2 or 3 times and that only being for a couple hours if that. They are always super nice and helpful with any questions. My husband and I have 18mps and do a lot of video streaming and never have a problem with slow or buffering internet. Very impressed and highly recommend their internet service.
