Bits Computer saved the day! My old laptop wouldn't turn on, and I was worried I'd lose all my files. I brought it in hoping they could at least power it up, and they did! They helped me recover everything I needed. Super helpful and professional. I'm so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone needing computer help!

Great service at great price, went in to get a laptop screen replaced and was worried due to past experiences at electronic repair shops. But Im glad to say this is one of those places that genuinely does what they say they will. And at the agreed on price.
I was quoted $99. For a 1 TB hard drive in my Dell. I arrived and it was 1:50 at the approved time with no extra work or parts. Just look around and ask yourself is this a place of business or something else
I was just about ready to leave Bits Computer a 5 star review... until I came to pick up my laptop. My laptop had all of a sudden stopped working and would not turn on, even though it was fully powered and the keyboard lights lit up. I was recommended to come here by Best Buy. The two gentlemen were very kind, and thankfully ended up managing to get my laptop to turn on. Just be careful here with pricing.
