I had heard about Bits & Bytes for a few years and thought I'd get an opinion about my old computer. Matt was very helpful and advised that no matter where I got my computer restored that I should consider upgrading to Windows 11 because of updating issues. He didn't want me to throw money at it and have it loose it's functionality. So I ended up just getting a new unit and I couldn't be more satisfied.
