I would not recommend working with this office. I emailed them four different times and called more than five times, leaving multiple voicemails, but never received a proper response. Every call goes to a call center, and it's nearly impossible to speak with someone who can actually help. Based on my experience, they seem interested only in cash foreign clients rather than providing real support. Very disappointing communication and customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I can’t recommend this practice highly enough! They promptly recognized a severe pregnancy complication and provided rapid but compassionate care, saving both my life and my son’s life. We will forever be grateful to Dr Mitchell Bitran for making the diagnosis and Dr Rivera for performing the lifesaving surgery. Their clinic team and the L&D floor where they practice are also top notch! Would give 100 stars if I could.
