Me and my friend came 30 minutes before they closed… only wanting a drink & before we could even say what we wanted. The worker at the bar Informed us they were no longer serving anyone. 30 minutes before they closed which was enough time for us to get a mixed drink & leave….
Dine in service was typically slow but they have the most variety so we opted for pick up a few times. Every single time something is wrong or missing. This time...No fries IN the sandwich on the menu but got fries, no lettuce, and 3 burnt chunks. Customer service is pathetic.
Online ordering means I need quick pick up. Not being able to walk inside and get my food when it says it’s ready is crazy! I had to wait 30mins in line when I could have just walked inside and grabbed it while it was still hot and fresh. Paying a $3 up charge for sweet potato fries that aren’t fresh is not cool. First time here and this really is upsetting. Late for work waiting on a chicken sandwich 🤬
