I called to ask for some general information and ended up speaking with Stephanie. The conversation was so pleasant and helpful. Stephanie of Bite-Sized Beginnings made a huge impact with my adult son ! We had no idea that there were strategies and exercises to help improve his food hesitancy and pickiness! We thought he'd be limited to the small range of foods that he'd always eaten. Stephanie's strategies, exercises and gentle encouragement over this past year helped him to find dozens of new foods to enjoy. She also taught him how to really discern for himself what and why he likes or dislikes a food. It is nothing short of a miracle!

My 5 year old autistic and nonverbal son is medically complicated. Currently his only source of nutrition is through his G-tube. He used to eat solids without a problem, despite how picky he was. Stephanie with Bite-Sized Beginnings is nothing short of phenomenal. She is always professional yet has such a warm, kind, and makes everything fun and exciting. I came to her after years of having my son’s major feeding concerns disregarded and she immediately validated me as a parent and got to work.
