Dr Zavari is nice but I just need to echo all other negative reviews about the front staff and lack of clarity on billing, scheduling, lack of customer service, etc. I stuck around because I had paid already for the Invisalign treatment but should had run away when the trays were late by over 2 months from the original committed date. I got no answers to my phone calls (3) inquiring about the status until I said I wanted my money back. Dr. Zavari’s team is truly the best. The front staff, Theresa and Natalia, are always accommodating, so I can be seen asap. Both hygienists, Heidi and Angi, are thorough and very gentle. Dr. Z and her asst, Izzy, always take such good care of me during my procedures. I really appreciate the time they all take to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Fantastic dentist and person. You will love her. Not only does she provide excellent dental care, but she is warm, caring, and empathic and makes you feel welcome and safe. She helped my father in law for his later years while fighting Parkinson’s and he absolutely adored her. She is accommodating of illnesses and difficult diseases which make dental care difficult. I am now seeing her for Invisalign treatment. Her office staff is wonderful and always makes me feel welcome.
Dr. Bita Zavari is an outstanding physician. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain medical information in a clear and reassuring way. Her ability to listen and communicate instills confidence and trust. The entire team is professional, attentive, and supportive. I would highly recommend Dr. Zavari and her practice without hesitation.
I genuinely don’t know what to say. I am confused and upset by the treatment that I am receiving from this office, specifically the front desk staff. I had a pulpectomy performed. The procedure itself went fine. The dentist has been kind, informative and I had no complications. I was referred to a periodontist because as part of my treatment plan, I need to have the pulpectomy tooth extracted and a bone graft placed.
