I purchased BIT in Jan. 2025 after spending several months researching other softwares for my golf cart dealership. Within 2 weeks of signing up with BIT I did not feel like the program was beneficial to our business as myself along with all of my employees struggled with learning the system. There was way too many steps you had to take just to enter data, do an invoice, or look up an item. The system is very confusing and not user friendly. We've been using BIT DMS for about 3 1/2 months now with our new golf cart dealership and it's been great. The system is very user friendly and pretty easy to catch on to. We've had great support also. Definitely a DMS to consider if you are looking.
