If you're looking for a new DMS, take a hard look at BiT. Their team is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, easily accessible, and engage immediately when needed. They add value to our company by providing a well-designed and easy-to-use management system, but it doesn't stop there. They provide hands-on training for my team, and they do it in a language we can understand. You can have the best DMS in existence, but it's useless if you don't know how to use it. With BiT, you can have both!

I work for Portland Marine, and we use BiT Software. What a great company. Whenever an issue comes up they are quick to help and very knowledgeable. Amanda is AMAZING! No matter who we contact they are always quick and happy to help solve the issues. Thanks BiT Crew! We appreciate you!! :)

I purchased BIT in Jan. 2025 after spending several months researching other softwares for my golf cart dealership. Within 2 weeks of signing up with BIT I did not feel like the program was beneficial to our business as myself along with all of my employees struggled with learning the system. There was way too many steps you had to take just to enter data, do an invoice, or look up an item. The system is very confusing and not user friendly.
