Carlos was extremely helpful to me. He replaced the battery on my IPhone 11 and cleaned out the connection port. Quick service and reasonably priced. I’d recommend this business and will use again.
The service was amazing, and fast! It was less than a week for my total repair ( due to me having a samsung..I know lol) and the results are outstanding! I tought my phone was done for and was worried. Carlos reassured me and followed thru and my phone is tip top. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The price was not bad and the customer service, kindness, and help were out of this world!! Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my devices repaired! Bit By Bit is the place to be!
I highly recommend Bit by Bit services. I went in because my iPhone wasn’t charging properly and went out 10 minutes later with it working perfectly. Carlos was super helpful and knowledgeable!
