I have been using Bit of Bliss for nearly two years after a friend recommended them to me. I schedule a deep cleaning as often as I can and have several friends that have regular service instead. They are honest, trust worthy and so hard working- a combination I do not always fin these days. So I recommend BoB to everyone I know at any chance I get because I feel completely confident that I get what I pay for and they work so hard. I love coming home to my sparkling house and I know you will too!
I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my house for my youngest daughter's high school graduation party. I bought a Groupon and my expectations were low. I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my sister's home as a gift on 1/5/13. I got several quotes from companies (some big franchises and some small businesses) before picking Bit A Bliss. Rates were stellar and they were quick to respond via email. I worked with Scarlette mainly, and she was very sweet. My sister was extremely pleased with their work. Two girls came to her home and spent 2 hours on the kitchen/master bath alone. Very thorough! Will be hiring them again next time I'm in need of a maid service.
I love Bit A Bliss Cleaning Service! I love that it is a professional business and family owned. They train their house cleaners on the best ways to clean your surfaces, which the owner researches with manuafactors to obtain the best info. My first experience was amazing. My husband told me how nice the house looked (not knowing I had a cleaning service over to handle it for me) My child's room was spotless. Cleaning was sub-par and that was the best part. Cleaning lady sucked up my ipod ear phones when vacuuming with my vacuum. She never told my husband about it even though he was at the house. He found the earphones later that day and contacted owner. She did replace the earphones after giving us the excuse the cleaning lady was new and scared to say anything about breaking our property.
