Amazing brunch!!! So worth the stop!! I got the red and green pepper omelette with goat cheese and OH MY GOODNESS IT WAS HEAVEN �� Hubby got the French toast and it was amazing as well!

Their brunch was excellent. After a few days in Chicago eating at various restos... Bistronomic was a very welcome change. They know the value of taste. They didn't use a ton of salt and their food was great. Service was stellar. Bottomless mimosas were fresh and bubbly. 👏🏼
Best omelette I have ever eaten! Bottomless Mimosa! Sweet owner! Definitely worth going!
