It was my pleasure to dine at Bistro on Spruce this past Saturday night. From Mr.Sam taking my reservation, to his IMPECCABLE service throughout the night it was just an amazing experience, as it was an important night for us. The wine recommended was super, the black garlic dish was just wonderfully decadent. We both had pasta dishes and again, the dishes we're just spectacular. Sam was awesome. He took care of 10 ladies with ease. Food was great, and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere!
Everything about Bistro on Spruce is perfection, and without the pretentiousness that often accompanies such upscale dining. Their staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable whether you’re there for a fancy date night or just a quick lunch after a day at the lake. Their food is amazing, try their Guinness onion soup, it’s the best take on French onion soup I’ve ever tasted! I can’t recommend them enough.
The food is amazing, the atmosphere is intimate, and the staff are so sweet. This is our family’s favorite restaurant; we take all of our out of town guests there. It’s so nice when we walk in the door the owner recognizes us and greets us personally.
My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday for our second year wedding anniversary. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and beautiful, they made us feel so special and made the evening even more magical. Thank you to the chef for the surprise amuse-bouche, it was fantastic! And thank you to our server Dawson who provided excellent service. We’ll be back for sure!
