I should probably preface by saying that I understand - if only from a simple customer's perspective - the amount of pride and effort that goes into making the fine meals advertised by Bistro Escoffier. However, while the entree's were palatable, I did not think them to be worth the nearly 40 minute wait (we were 1 of 2 parties), which consisted of service from a cordial, yet distant wait staff.
