What a farce! As a true native, I have been dining in Steamboat for over 40 years and Bistro vc is the most prestigious example of a want to be restaurant, I have ever seen in this town!

This is one of our favorite places in town. As locals we go here a lot and have had nothing but fabulous meals. The service is fantastic and we love to eat at the cooks bar so you can watch them prepare the meals. The one star reviewers experience is very rare. We have eaten there 50+ times in the past 5 years with nothing but smiles on our faces and in our tummies.
